Reflexology: I am a fully insured member of both the British Reflexology Association (BRA) and the Association of Reflexologists(AoR).
Effective reflexology offers the potential for assisting a wide range of ailments including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), knee and hip problems, headaches, hormonal problems and of course coping with stress... for which reflexology is superb as it helps to restore the body's equilibrium. (Though obviously no claims or promises can be made!)

NEUROFLEXOLOGY is a recent addition to my skills. I have found this pioneering new form of reflexology has attained powerful healing responses. Be among the first to receive a treatment session.
The time involved for the session is considerably shorter, so I am able to offer this at a reduced price of £30. Many people report a strong healing reaction, so only book an appointment if you have time to allow 'for yourself' following treatment.
Your comfort and feeling treasured is important to me. I see the body as a self healing mechanism and reflexology may be of assistance in promoting the return to good health for numerous conditions. The responses to reflexology sessions are varied and not all conditions are ideal for treatment (feel welcome to phone me with any queries).
My clients range in age from 2 years to 94, if you have feet then reflexology is for you! I honour and respect all who find their way to my door and never rush my clients, spacing my appointments to allow for attention to detail rather than attention to the clock.
Each session reflects my interest in different forms of healing and will be a unique and individual experience while working within the structure and guidelines of a typical reflexology session.
Chiropody: I am a member of the British Chiropody Association and the Health Professions Council and work within their strict guidelines, while maintaining a holistic approach wherever possible. Nail reconstruction available for those with damaged or fungal nails.
Reiki (Master Teacher Level)
Metamorphic Technique I am a registered Practitioner of this tool for personal transformation. Please note there are 'pro bono sessions' available for Autistic spectrum disorders.
Thermo-Auricular Therapist (ThAT) for hopi ear candle treatments, combined with reflexology if required, for all ENT and sinus conditions such as tinnitus and glue ear.
My practice is within easy reach of Bromley situated on the border of Bickley and Chislehurst, a short drive from Beckenham, Petts Wood, Orpington, Blackheath and Greenwich.
