Reflexology + Chiropody in BR1 Welcome to my website.
Reflexology may benefit a wide range of conditions, feel welcome to call and discuss your case, to see if it may assist you. Over the years I have developed specialisms in maternity and sub-fertility issues and digestive problems (eg IBS) and find these represent a high percentage of my work - along with various stress related problems. If your interest in reflexology is for hormonal/sub fertility issues then see the 'FAQ' for optimum times for your treatment sessions, or feel welcome to ring for details.
Health, feet, and the opportunity for offering the benefits of reflexology have been my passion for over twenty years. My clinic offers high levels of comfort and I only use organic quality oils and creams. Reflexology and light chiropody (such as corns and callous) can be combined within a session if required.
How reflexology works is a matter for debate, but I incorporate specific Ayurvedic techniques and knowledge of Chinese meridian theory to offer a personally tailored individual session (never a 'one size fits all' approach). I regularly attend courses and lectures to keep my skills up to date with latest theories and your session may include Precision Reflexology, Vertical Reflexology, 'ART' (Advanced Reflexology Techniques) etc. etc. I am also a trained and registered Neuroflexologist.
All appointments allow for attention to detail rather than attention to the clock.
I honour and respect all who find their way to my door and never rush my clients. When you book allow approximately 1 hr 30 mins for your first appointment.

I often give what could be termed therapeutic foot massage as my knowledge of feet can help those with reduced circulation etc. I can offer footcare advice, and maintain my full Healthcare Professional status as a Chiropodist trained in biomechanics of the lower limb, but I am not in a position to accept patients with nail problems, infections, or ingrown nails for practical reasons.
My practice is in BR1, within easy reach of Bromley situated on the border of Bickley and Chislehurst, a short drive from Beckenham, Petts Wood, Orpington, Blackheath and Greenwich. Parking is easy.
